Job Overview
ApnaSoftwares Private Limited is looking for a passionate and talented Flutter Developer to join our engineering team. You'll work on enterprise-grade mobile and Windows desktop applications used by thousands of businesses across multiple industries, including ERP, POS, CRM, Inventory Management, Pharmacy ERP, Restaurant POS, Billing Software, and AI-powered business solutions.

About the Role
As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance Android, iOS, and Windows Desktop applications. You'll work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver production-ready applications for businesses across India.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
- Develop and maintain Windows Desktop applications using Flutter.
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable application architecture.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Implement responsive UI from Figma or Adobe XD designs.
- Manage application state using GetX, Provider, or BLoC.
- Integrate Firebase services including Authentication, Cloud Messaging (FCM), Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config.
- Implement secure local storage using Hive, SQLite, or Shared Preferences.
- Handle offline data synchronization and caching.
- Optimize applications for speed, memory usage, and performance.
- Debug and resolve application issues across Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.
- Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with Backend Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Product Managers.
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
- Maintain applications on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Windows Desktop platforms.
- Continuously improve application quality, stability, and user experience.
